Software Sales Advisor – Production & Intervention

About the role

The Software Sales Advisor will drive revenue growth for digital products and services within the Production & Intervention segment, engaging C‑level customers and promoting Baker Hughes’ Digital Completions, Intervention & Measurement portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales account plans across the region and product segment.
• Engage with senior customer personas to position digital solutions and act as a trusted advisor.
• Coordinate technical sales reps, solution architects, and support teams for deep‑dive solution discussions.
• Own pipeline planning, creation, and maintenance to expand market share.
• Collaborate with product development, engineering, marketing, and sales to align offerings with market demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Production & Intervention, with exposure to Digital Oil Field projects and enterprise software sales.
• Proven ability to influence multi‑disciplinary teams and communicate value to customers.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of digital oil field concepts and enterprise software deployment.
• Sales process expertise including pipeline and territory management.
• Analytical and organizational abilities to identify problems and propose solutions.
