Software Sales Manager

About the role

Faircode Middle East IT Consultants is seeking an experienced Software Sales Manager to lead its software sales activities and drive business growth across the UAE. The role involves developing sales strategies, generating new business, and managing the full sales cycle for ERP, CRM, HRMS, POS, accounting and other business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling and strategic partnerships.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, including presentations and product demos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and oversee smooth handover to technical teams.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team, monitor performance and report to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience selling software, ERP, SaaS or IT solutions.
• 1–2 years in a sales leadership or managerial role with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong B2B sales and enterprise software knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP, CRM, HRMS, POS and accounting software solutions.
• Knowledge of SaaS and E‑Invoicing platforms.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
