Solutions Consultant

About the role

Addepar is seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to join its Dubai team. You will design and implement out‑of‑the‑box solutions for new and existing clients across the EMEA market, ensuring smooth onboarding of sophisticated investors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementation projects, managing data onboarding, portfolio setup and system configuration.
• Coordinate with certified partners to deliver scalable implementations and ongoing enhancements.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and act as a strategic partner.
• Define and manage project expectations across client and internal teams, balancing multiple time zones.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on Addepar’s platform and contribute to playbooks and best‑practice tools for the EMEA market.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, SaaS, consulting or a related client‑facing role.
• Proven success in solution delivery, implementation or client onboarding, preferably in wealth management or fintech.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with both business and technical audiences.
• Highly organized, self‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, growth‑stage environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client onsite engagements.

Required skills

• Basic scripting or programming knowledge, preferably Python.
