Our client, a prestigious five‑star hotel in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated Sommelier to elevate the wine experience for discerning guests. The role combines expert wine knowledge with a passion for luxury dining, ensuring each guest receives personalized recommendations and impeccable service.

Key responsibilities

• Curate and maintain an extensive wine list that reflects the hotel’s high standards.
• Provide wine pairing suggestions for à la carte and banquet menus.
• Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions for guests and staff.
• Oversee cellar inventory, ordering, and storage conditions.
• Collaborate with chefs and restaurant managers to integrate wine offerings seamlessly.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sommelier in fine‑dining or luxury hotel environments.
• Relevant wine certifications (e.g., WSET, CMS).
• Strong communication skills to educate and engage guests.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑service setting.
