Sourcing Inspector / Car Buyer

About the role

SellAnyCar.com is looking for a professional Sourcing Inspector/Car Buyer to meet sellers, conduct vehicle inspections and support the closing process. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth, courteous experience for every seller.

Key responsibilities

• Greet sellers warmly, build rapport and guide them through the check‑in and waiting areas.
• Perform safe, courteous and professional vehicle inspections and complete accurate inspection reports.
• Identify seller motivations using qualifying questions and relay information to the closing team.
• Assist closers with trial closing, negotiation and objection handling techniques.
• Prepare documentation for accepted offers and forward it to the Operations team.
• Ensure rejected or accepted sellers are thanked professionally to maintain a positive brand image.

Required profile

• Qualified Technician or Engineer with 3‑5 years of automotive technical knowledge.
• UAE driving licence.
• Strong customer service background.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.

Required skills

• Vehicle inspection expertise.
• Proficiency with browsers, applications and email.
