Sourcing Manager – Procurement

About the role

The Sourcing Manager will lead end‑to‑end sourcing for strategic and tactical requirements, focusing on high‑value and complex procurement in IT as well as indirect categories such as Marketing, HR and Facilities Management. You will shape sourcing strategy, optimise total cost of ownership and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT (software, hardware, cloud, security, managed services) and non‑IT categories (Marketing, FM, HR).
• Engage cross‑functional stakeholders to centralise procurement planning and improve sourcing efficiency.
• Lead complex, long‑term sourcing initiatives, managing market analysis, supplier identification, RFP/RFQ/RFI processes and contract negotiations.
• Conduct spend analysis, market intelligence and supplier risk assessments.
• Maintain category plans, preferred supplier lists and ensure continuity and cost‑effectiveness.
• Oversee the sourcing team’s daily activities and drive process optimisation aligned with client goals.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, cost savings, efficiency and contract compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably within IT and indirect categories.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to manage risk, ensure compliance and drive governance across sourcing processes.
• Experience leading a sourcing team and delivering measurable cost savings.
