Spa Assistant & Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Spa Assistant & Housekeeping Attendant to ensure the spa’s facilities are immaculate and ready for guests. The role supports daily operations, maintains high hygiene standards, and contributes to an exceptional wellness experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, and public spaces.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after appointments according to spa standards.
• Replenish amenities, towels, linens, and guest supplies.
• Ensure spa equipment and facilities are clean, organized, and functional.
• Assist therapists and team members with operational needs.
• Manage laundry collection, sorting, and inventory of linens and uniforms.
• Monitor stock levels and report supply requirements to the Spa Supervisor.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping, spa, hospitality, or hotel operations (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support team members.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
