Spa Concierge

About the role

Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is seeking a Spa Concierge to join its Spa & Wellness team. The role involves booking all spa treatments, explaining services to guests, handling point-of-sale retail activities, and managing guest check-in and check-out in a professional manner.

Key responsibilities

• Book and coordinate spa treatments, provide detailed service explanations and conduct spa tours for guests.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions, retail sales and tea lounge operations while maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Manage guest records, scheduling, email correspondence and feedback systems accurately.
• Support spa events, achieve sales targets and assist the Spa Manager with daily operations.

Required profile

• Senior school qualification; hotel school graduates preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a service environment, preferably a 5-star hotel or Middle-East hospitality setting.
• Fluent English (intermediate minimum); Arabic is a plus.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.

Required skills

• Good computer skills.
• POS system operation.
