Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at Four Seasons Hotel DIFC, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience. This role supports both spa and fitness areas, promoting services and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with spa software bookings to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Cover fitness reception and ensure all collaterals are available.
• Provide proactive communication and support to other departments within the resort and other Four Seasons properties.
• Promote products, treatments, packages, membership offers, and current promotions.

Required profile

• Exceptional communication skills.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Understanding of the Spa & Fitness environment.
