About the role
JA The Resort is looking for a Spa Therapist who can deliver luxury wellness experiences that leave a lasting impression on guests. The role focuses on providing personalized treatments, promoting holistic wellbeing, and ensuring every guest feels refreshed and valued.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional spa treatments with confidence, professionalism, and care.
- Create a warm welcome and personalized experience for every guest.
- Recommend products and after‑care solutions tailored to guests' needs.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, treatment quality, and guest comfort.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of Spa Therapist experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Professional spa certification or vocational qualification.
- Strong knowledge of massage therapies, wellness treatments, and guest care.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Middle East experience is an advantage.
