Spa Therapist

About the role

A full-time Spa Therapist position in Dubai within the Accor group, which operates more than 45 brands across 110 countries. The role delivers professional spa services to hotel guests in a caring, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a professional, friendly and engaging service to guests.
• Maintain a service-oriented attitude, giving guests accurate information about the department and other hotel facilities.
• Perform massages, body treatments and facials as required, keeping guests comfortable at all times.
• Deliver personalized service by recognizing and responding to guests' needs and expectations.
• Keep the workspace clean, hygienic and organized, with equipment operating to safety and hygiene standards.
• Work with receptionists and other Spa department members to build a positive team spirit.
• Follow departmental, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist preferred.
• All professional licenses must be current.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience required.
