Spare Parts Officer

About the role

The Spare Parts Officer supports engineering and maintenance teams by ensuring the timely availability, coordination, and tracking of materials and spare parts. This role enables efficient service and maintenance operations while adhering to KONE's quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist engineers in identifying required materials and spare parts.
• Identify suitable sources for urgent material requirements.
• Check availability and coordinate timely procurement of materials.
• Arrange pickup and delivery of materials between locations as needed.
• Create and manage material requisitions in the ERP system.
• Log, track, and monitor material consumption across all SHN stores.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in materials coordination, procurement, logistics, or maintenance support.
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for material requisitions and tracking.
• Technical understanding of elevators, escalators, doors, and related spare parts (both KONE and non‑KONE).
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance operations and spare parts management.
