About the role

Rehlko is expanding its Aftermarket Parts & Service business and seeks a Channel Manager to lead distribution channels across Africa and France. You will manage a portfolio of distributors and dealers, driving strategic growth and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define market share targets and financial plans for channel partners.
• Develop distributor agreements and strategic growth plans.
• Drive performance programs, dashboards, and quarterly reviews.
• Lead governance meetings such as Channel Change Board and Sales Force.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Service, Training, and Marketing communication teams.

Required profile

• Business, Marketing, or Engineering background.
• 3–5 years experience in heavy industrial equipment aftermarket parts, service or sales.
• Proven track record in channel development and partner management.
• Fluent English with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 40% (Africa & France).
