Specialist Family Medicine Physician – Dubai

About the role

Dubai Medical University Hospital is expanding its multidisciplinary team and seeks a Specialist Family Medicine Physician to deliver high‑quality primary care in a dynamic, patient‑centred environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive care, health screening, and chronic disease management for a diverse patient population.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, disease prevention, and treatment adherence.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, develop individualized care plans, and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and contribute to the hospital’s clinical governance.

Required profile

• DHA License or Eligibility Letter as a Specialist in Family Medicine.
• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Minimum four years of Family Medicine experience in Dubai.
• MBBS or equivalent degree and completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.
• Preferred: Arab Board, European Board, or Royal College (MRCGP/FRCGP) certification.
• Demonstrated experience in preventive care, health screening, chronic disease management, and patient education.
