Specialist Orthopaedics – Full-Time in Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Specialist Orthopaedics to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering comprehensive orthopedic care, diagnosing musculoskeletal conditions, and developing appropriate treatment plans.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients with orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide both conservative and surgical treatment as appropriate.
• Perform orthopaedic procedures within the scope of practice.
• Review diagnostic imaging, laboratory results and clinical findings.
• Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Monitor patient progress and provide follow‑up care.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, nurses and other specialists.
• Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical audits and patient safety initiatives.
• Adhere to DOH regulations, hospital policies and professional standards.

Required profile

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Recognised postgraduate qualification in Orthopaedics.
• Relevant experience as a Specialist Orthopaedic physician.
• DOH Abu Dhabi licence or eligibility.
• Valid professional registration and Good Standing Certificate.
• Excellent clinical, communication and interpersonal skills.
