About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Specialist in Products and Solutions to support strategic commercialization activities across priority clients, market initiatives, and growth opportunities in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Supports strategic commercialization activities and collaborates with business units to enable better decision making.
• Contributes to client development by supporting business cases, opportunity assessments, solution positioning, and commercialization strategies.
• Assists in developing RFP responses, client presentations, executive-ready materials, and proposal content.
• Performs research and analysis on market trends, client needs, competitive dynamics, and business opportunities.
• Utilizes problem‑solving, communication, and project‑management skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Required profile

• Experience in consulting, strategy, product management, commercialization, business development, or payments.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex information.
• Proven team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality outputs.
