Specialist Psychiatrist – Full‑time Hybrid (UAE)

About the role

Housecall is seeking a Specialist Psychiatrist to join its hybrid primary‑care team in the United Arab Emirates. The role involves delivering comprehensive mental‑health services to patients both in‑person and via teleconsultations, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and oversee ongoing therapy sessions.
• Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychotropic medications as clinically indicated.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Stay current with psychiatric best practices and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid DHA, DOH or MOH licence (or eligibility) to practice in the UAE.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and medical ethics.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is advantageous.
