About the role
The Specialist - QA ensures manufacturing and packaging operations comply with cGMP, SOPs, and product requirements through shop‑floor quality oversight, accurate batch documentation, and effective handling of quality issues.
Key responsibilities
- Perform line clearance, release activities, and in‑process checks during manufacturing and packaging.
- Verify materials, gowning, cleanliness, environmental conditions, and equipment calibration.
- Document results, maintain traceable batch records, logbooks, and labels.
- Review SOPs, batch manufacturing and packaging records.
- Investigate deviations, market complaints, and manage CAPA and change control reports.
- Prepare Annual Product Quality Reviews, support audits, GEMBA walks, and risk assessments.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience in quality operations or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, batch records and Quality Management Systems.
Required skills
- Good computer skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Understanding of GMP, SOPs, batch documentation, and QMS.
