Sr. Engineering Manager - Civil

About the role

The Sr. Engineering Manager (Civil/Structural) will lead the engineering activities for Solar PV Power Plants, overseeing the development of BIM 3D models and coordinating across multiple disciplines including Electrical, Instrumentation, and MEP.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engineering drawings and documents on schedule, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
• Review and approve design calculations, vendor deliverables, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate inter‑departmental checks and provide technical support to site execution teams.
• Manage a team of design engineers and draughtspersons, controlling budget, quality, and timelines.
• Prepare BOQ, man‑hour estimates, and technical clarifications for contracts and supply chain.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 10–12 years of experience in design of Solar PV Power Plants or power distribution projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and handle full project cycles from pre‑bid to commissioning.
