About the role
We are seeking a senior full‑stack engineer to join our premier software engineering team in Dubai. The role focuses on end‑to‑end design, development and optimisation of high‑performance digital products and data‑analytics platforms within an Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Build highly responsive, modular UI components with React.js, TypeScript and modern hooks.
- Model, query and optimise data structures in MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.
- Implement secure token‑based authentication (JWT, OAuth) and API security best practices.
- Configure and manage distributed message queues (Kafka, AWS, Azure, Pushpin).
- Own CI/CD pipelines, containerised deployments with Docker and Kubernetes, and troubleshoot performance, caching and infrastructure issues.
- Enforce code quality through linting, formatting and comprehensive documentation (JSDoc).
- Drive robust test coverage using Jest, Enzyme or Jasmine.
- Research and benchmark emerging technologies to maintain architectural excellence.
Required profile
- Expert‑level frontend development experience with React.js and TypeScript.
- Strong backend engineering skills in Node.js, asynchronous programming and API design.
- Proven ability to optimise performance across the full web stack.
- Experience working in distributed, cloud‑native environments and Agile teams.
