About the role
Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah is looking for a Steward to keep its kitchens and dining areas sparkling clean while helping guests enjoy a memorable stay. The role covers dishwashing, stock checks, kitchen cleaning and support for events.
Key responsibilities
- Clean chinaware, silverware and cooking utensils, scrub pots and pans and polish silver
- Check that supplies and equipment are well stocked and organised
- Mop floors and remove waste to keep the kitchen clean
- Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions
- Handle hazardous substances safely and follow hygiene and safety regulations
- Alert the supervisor on duty to safety concerns or equipment issues
- Train and mentor new team members
