Stock Planner/Data Analyst

About the role

The Stock Planner / Data Analyst will support CAPI USA’s retail network by optimizing inventory levels and driving sales performance through data‑driven insights. Working closely with supply‑chain, logistics, category management, sales and finance teams, you will help ensure the right products are available at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop merchandising strategies aligned with financial targets.
• Analyse historical sales data, forecast trends and monitor stock levels.
• Implement markdown and clearance plans to improve stock turnover.
• Plan seasonal and holiday sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with buyers and cross‑functional teams to guarantee product availability.
• Gather feedback from customers and sales staff to refine strategies.
• Track industry trends, conduct price benchmarking and adjust plans accordingly.
• Produce regular reports and presentations on inventory, sales performance and stock planning for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Business Control or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role within an international retail environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
