Store Keeper – Warehouse Operations

About the role
The Store Keeper will manage the receipt, storage, issuance and control of materials and equipment for Powertech's aerospace and defence projects. The role ensures accurate inventory records, safe warehouse conditions and supports the end‑to‑end logistics process.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Book inbound, outbound and on‑plan transactions in the warehouse system.
- Store, label and preserve materials according to specifications and HSE standards.
- Issue materials based on approved requests and maintain transaction records.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory data in SAP or the warehouse management system.
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts and support annual physical inventory.
- Identify and report damaged, expired or obsolete items.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized and safe at all times.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics and project teams on material availability.
- Support audits by providing required inventory documentation.
Required profile
- Diploma or high‑school certificate, preferably with a technical or logistics background.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Warehouse Assistant, ideally in industrial, aerospace, defence or manufacturing environments.
- Experience using SAP or other inventory management systems.
- Fluency in oral and written English.
