Store Manager - Tory Burch, Mall of the Emirates

About the role

Chalhoub Group is hiring a Store Manager for the Tory Burch boutique at the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. The Store Manager drives the store business, works toward sales targets, builds a base of loyal VIP customers and manages the team while ensuring full adherence to the brand's guidelines and store processes.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the brand and communicate its values and philosophy to customers and team members.
• Define, execute and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database and use clienteling to cater to VIPs and convert new clients into loyal customers.
• Stay ahead of trends, products and competitors, share feedback with the back office, run quarterly SWOT analyses and think hybrid across online and offline points of sale.
• Recruit, develop and retain talent, act as a coach, promote growth mindset and ensure performance improvement plans are discussed and documented transparently.
• Promote an omnichannel mindset and use the clienteling approach with a focus on VIPs.
• Ensure SOPs are followed, e-commerce orders are fulfilled within SLAs, displays follow brand VM guidelines and floor coverage is planned from traffic data.
• Keep processes compliant with legal, safety, security, retail operations and HR guidelines and escalate issues promptly.

Required profile

• Fluency in fashion and current trends.
• Ability to lead a team, coach staff and drive sales performance.
