Store Supervisor - L'Occitane, Dubai Hills Mall

About the role

L'Occitane, located in Dubai Hills Mall, is looking for a Store Supervisor to represent the brand's values and philosophy in all customer and team interactions. The role leads by example, promotes a positive and collaborative environment, and reports feedback or concerns to the Regional Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, build lasting client relationships and manage VIP guest relationships to strengthen loyalty
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store cleanliness, staff grooming and stock replenishment in line with brand guidelines
• Support daily store operations, including staff scheduling, shop floor coverage, stock movement tracking and inventory audits
• Ensure compliance with retail procedures, company policies and health, safety and security standards
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback, and share insights with the Regional Manager and back-office teams
• Support store projects, promotional initiatives and community events to drive sales and brand awareness
• Use digital tools and clienteling platforms to strengthen customer relationships and improve the in-store and post-purchase experience

Required profile

• Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury beauty or skincare
• Spa experience, given the store's spa offering
• Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a team, supporting individual development and store performance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
• Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to sales targets through effective selling and teamwork
• Experience in clienteling, VIP relationship management and building long-term customer loyalty
• Knowledge of visual merchandising, stock management and retail operational standards
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
