Storekeeper – Stock Associate

About the role

Beside Group, a leading retail chain in the Middle East, is looking for a Storekeeper (Stock Associate) to support its premium brand stores. You will ensure the stock room operates efficiently, keeping inventory organized and ready for the sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the store team with pre‑retail activities such as GRN, scanning, and tagging.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well‑organized stock room that meets company and brand standards.
• Suggest and implement improvements to stock room productivity and storage capacity.
• Align stock room layout with sales floor requirements for easy replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Replenish and recover stock from the stock room to the shop floor efficiently.
• Support the sales team on the shop floor when needed.
• Monitor and control stock levels to reduce discrepancies during shipments, transfers, and inventory checks.
• Assist loss‑prevention activities, including inventory preparation and monitoring stock room access.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a stock room or store supervision role.
