Stores Supervisor - Automotive & Industrial Manufacturing

About the role

Jorefco Industries LLC, a commercial vehicle body builder and manufacturer of industrial vehicle solutions founded in 1978, is looking for an experienced Stores Supervisor to manage its day-to-day stores and inventory operations in Sharjah. The post covers receiving, storing, issuing, tracking and controlling materials and spare parts so that production, fabrication, engineering and maintenance teams always have what they need.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily stores and warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, issuing and material movement
• Ensure materials are identified, labelled, stored and recorded in the ERP/inventory system
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, quantities, specifications and part numbers
• Prepare GRNs, material issue/return notes, stock transfers and other inventory documentation
• Issue materials to Production, Fabrication, Engineering, Maintenance and Workshop teams against authorised requests
• Maintain accurate inventory records and keep physical stock matching system balances
• Run regular cycle counts and physical stock checks, investigate discrepancies and monitor reorder levels with Procurement
• Report slow-moving, excess, obsolete and critical inventory and keep high-value and technical items under control
• Keep the stores clean, organised and safe, and supervise storekeepers/helpers
• Support internal and external inventory audits and annual stock counts, and prepare stock reports for management

Required profile

• Currently present in the UAE; minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in stores, warehouse, inventory or materials management
• Previous experience supervising a stores/warehouse team
• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, automotive, commercial vehicle, fabrication, engineering or heavy-equipment environment is strongly preferred
• Good command of English; Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is an advantage
