Strategic Account Manager 3

About the role

Behavox is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to lead the full commercial relationship with some of the world’s most complex and highly regulated financial institutions. Based in Dubai, you will work with global banks, hedge funds, asset managers and energy firms to deliver outcomes, drive growth and ensure the platform meets evolving compliance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end relationship management, delivery, health, satisfaction, retention and growth for a portfolio of regulated financial clients.
• Lead renewals, build retention strategies, negotiate contracts and close expansion deals in partnership with Account Executives.
• Accurately forecast ARR churn risk, develop mitigation plans and drive inbound expansion opportunities.
• Conduct executive business reviews focused on compliance posture, regulatory risk, control maturity and platform value.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their unified controls framework journey and position Behavox solutions accordingly.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of enterprise compliance technology and unified controls frameworks.
• Strong understanding of communications surveillance, trade surveillance, compliant archiving and policy management within regulated financial institutions.
• Ability to think strategically while executing operationally on the same day.
• Experience managing executive relationships and complex, multi‑stakeholder accounts.
