Strategic Outreach & Client Engagement Specialist

About the role

Adam Global is looking for a Strategic Outreach & Client Engagement Specialist in Dubai (full-time, on-site). The role is for dynamic, well-networked professionals who activate warm contacts and build a fresh pipeline so that the leadership team gets the right meetings with the right decision-makers.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up proactively with inbound leads using value-based messaging and use CRM tools and own databases to build leads for the company's offerings.
• Qualify leads and set up discovery meetings with C-suite executives, founders and other decision-makers.
• Use personal and professional networks to open doors with SMEs and family businesses, and generate new leads through LinkedIn outreach, referrals, curated events, roundtables and industry groups.
• Nurture a warm pipeline of prospects and act as the first point of contact, bridging prospects and the leadership team.
• Track engagement, conversation outcomes and meeting notes so they can be handed off smoothly to the consulting team.
• Work with marketing to tailor messaging for different verticals, customizing outreach scripts, DMs, emails and voice notes, and track outreach metrics and conversions in the CRM.
• Invite potential clients to events, roundtables or webinars, follow up after events, and represent the company at networking meetups.

Required profile

• 3-6 years in a client-facing, outreach, sales support or business development role in professional services, corporate services, technology consulting, management consulting, SME banking or similar.
• Ability to generate meetings with business owners, CFOs, CXOs and other decision-makers.
• Deep network across key decision-makers in SME sectors or family businesses in the UAE.
• Strong command of English (Arabic is a plus).
• Confident, consultative communicator, organized, self-motivated and performance-focused.
