Strategy Consultant

About the role

A prominent UAE organisation is looking for an experienced Strategy Consultant to work directly with its CEO on high-impact strategic and business transformation initiatives. The role suits someone coming from a management consulting or strategy advisory background who enjoys owning projects, working closely with senior leadership and turning strategic ideas into measurable results.

Required profile

• 5-7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting or business transformation.
• Proven track record of delivering several strategic projects across different business functions.
• Exposure to UAE government or semi-government projects is highly desirable; previous experience in the UAE is strongly preferred.
• Candidates from established management consulting and advisory firms are particularly encouraged to apply.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is prioritised.

• Strategic planning, operational excellence, process improvement and project execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive initiatives independently from concept through implementation.
