Strategy Manager

About the role

The Strategy Manager will independently lead engagements that require analytical and financial rigor across commercial due diligence, feasibility studies, and strategic planning. The role translates ambiguous business problems into structured analyses, builds and stress‑tests financial models, and delivers data‑driven commercial insights to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute commercial due diligence and market assessment workstreams.
• Build, review, and stress‑test complex financial models for real‑estate, infrastructure and financial services projects.
• Conduct scenario, sensitivity and return‑metric analyses (IRR, NPV, payback).
• Develop clear investment theses and strategic options based on identified value drivers and risks.
• Present defensible investment views and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in commercial due diligence, market competition analysis and feasibility studies.
• Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end analytical modules with minimal supervision.
• Strong business acumen across multiple sectors, with rapid understanding of new business models.
• CFA Level II or higher preferred, with background in equity research, transaction advisory or strategy consulting.
