Strategy & Transactions Manager – Financial Services (Dubai)

About the role

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to join its Valuation and Modelling practice, focusing on the Financial Services sector in Dubai. You will support clients across Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management with strategic analysis and transaction execution.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategic planning, value creation, and transaction-related decisions.
• Prepare and review deliverables such as Excel data books, reports, and presentations.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional EY services to existing clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business.
• 7‑12 years of business valuation experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm.
• Strong understanding of IFRS standards related to fair value, business combinations and impairments.

Required skills

• Financial modelling (building models from scratch).
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Valuation methodologies, market sizing and feasibility analysis.
• Knowledge of IFRS fair‑value measurement standards.
