Structural Engineer – Senior Level

About the role

AECOM is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to lead design, supervision and project administration for large‑scale building projects in the UAE. The role involves ensuring structural works meet specifications, standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform walk‑downs and inspections of installed structural components to verify compliance with design specifications.
• Conduct quantity surveys for tracking progress and reporting.
• Provide technical direction to drafters, technicians and surveyors.
• Interpret and execute structural drawings and coordinate with authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering; Master’s or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in design, supervision and project administration of large‑scale structural works in the Middle East/UAE.
• Hands‑on site experience with high‑rise residential and commercial buildings.
