About the role
A leading transportation and mobility company is seeking an experienced Supervisor – Workforce Mobilization to coordinate the deployment, transfer and demobilisation of staff, drivers and supervisors, ensuring operational readiness of the fleet.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate workforce mobilisation, deployment, transfer and demobilisation activities.
- Ensure timely deployment of fleet, drivers and supervisors in line with service schedules and operational plans.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with Operations, HR, Recruitment, Fleet and other stakeholders.
- Monitor workforce readiness, deployment schedules and operational requirements, and provide regular updates to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in workforce mobilisation, manpower planning or transportation/fleet operations.
- Proven experience coordinating large, diverse fleets and a large workforce of drivers and supervisors.
- Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
