Supply Chain and Planning Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Supply Chain & Planning Manager leads end‑to‑end supply chain planning and execution for a portfolio of luxury retail brands. This single point of accountability ensures product availability, inventory optimisation and a seamless customer experience while protecting brand prestige and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across all brands, product categories and sales channels.
• Collaborate with Brand, Retail, E‑commerce, Marketing and Finance teams to incorporate seasonal trends, promotions and market dynamics into forecasts.
• Translate demand forecasts into effective supply and replenishment plans, managing inventory allocation across boutiques, department stores, e‑commerce platforms and distribution centres.
• Monitor stock levels, ageing, sell‑through rates and stock cover; drive initiatives to reduce stock‑outs, overstocks and obsolete inventory.
• Manage supplier performance, lead times and procurement planning; build strong partnerships with global and regional suppliers.
• Oversee inbound logistics, warehousing and distribution activities; optimise transportation, storage and distribution processes for cost efficiency and service level improvement.
