Supply Chain Apprentice – Emiratization

About the role

Carrier is seeking a motivated UAE National to join its Supply Chain team in Dubai as an Apprentice. This role offers hands‑on experience across procurement, logistics, planning and operations within a global leader in climate and energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day supply chain and operations activities.
• Assist with procurement and purchase order processes.
• Support supplier communication and order follow‑up.
• Assist with inventory and stock management.
• Support logistics and delivery coordination.
• Assist with supply and demand planning activities.
• Maintain accurate supply chain data and documentation.
• Support reporting and analysis of supply chain KPIs.
• Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Sales and other Carrier teams.
• Support process improvement and supply chain projects.

Required profile

• UAE National.
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates or early‑career candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in developing a career in Supply Chain and Operations.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
