Supply Chain & Imports Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain & Imports Coordinator to support our business operations in Saudi Arabia, handling end‑to‑end supply chain activities across procurement, inventory, vendor management, and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day supply chain operations for food and non‑food categories, working closely with the 3PL partner to ensure smooth inbound/outbound logistics and customs clearance.
• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor documentation in line with company procurement policies.
• Monitor demand forecasts, support inventory planning, and conduct warehouse audits to maintain FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Prepare supply chain reports and KPI dashboards, highlighting variances for management review.
• Support compliance with Saudi regulations (FASAH, SFDA, SABER) and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align supply chain activities with business needs.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in supply chain, imports, logistics, inventory or warehouse coordination, preferably in food, beverage, FMCG or consumer goods.
• Working knowledge of Dubai Municipality Portal (IRS) and Saudi import regulations (SFDA, SABER) is a plus.
• Strong experience coordinating with 3PLs and freight forwarders.
• Clear written and verbal English communication and willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia when required.
