About the role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end FMCG supply chain operations for a leading UAE distributor. The role involves coordinating demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing and distribution to ensure product availability and minimise waste.
Key responsibilities
- Manage demand forecasting, stock planning, replenishment and inventory control.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse, logistics and finance teams and manage suppliers and logistics partners.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, optimise costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop the supply chain team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of supply chain experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, distribution and product expiry management.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
