Supply Chain Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner to support planning, procurement and inventory management for a diverse FMCG product portfolio. The role balances demand forecasting, supplier coordination, inventory optimisation and order execution in a fast‑paced distribution environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts and replenishment plans for 30‑50 SKUs across multiple suppliers.
• Create, monitor and manage purchase orders from placement through delivery, coordinating with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Track international shipments, resolve delays and ensure on‑time deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage internal stock allocations and produce regular performance reports.
• Drive depletion of near‑expiry stock to minimise write‑offs.
• Build and maintain relationships with international suppliers, share forecasts and lead regular review meetings.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product availability, inventory accuracy and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory management or procurement within FMCG or retail distribution.
• Proven experience working with suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
