Supply Planner – Faces

About the role

The Supply Planner will design and optimise supply plans to keep inventory balanced and ensure product availability across Chalhoub Group’s luxury retail network. You will work closely with demand planners, suppliers and logistics partners to anticipate constraints and drive efficient replenishment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply planning and replenishment techniques, communicating results to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with Demand Planners to validate stock models against sales forecasts.
• Identify critical supply constraints and propose corrective actions.
• Define and manage KPIs and SLAs with key suppliers.
• Maintain accurate supply‑related data to feed the replenishment system.
• Partner with Group Logistics to optimise transportation and distribution networks.
• Design processes for inventory returns, transfers and depletion, adjusting plans accordingly.
• Monitor planning performance metrics such as ISA, DOI, OTIF, GM and allocation efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply planning, inventory management or related logistics functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and forecast trends.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury retail environment.
