Supply Planner – FMCG (Non-Food)

About the role

The Supply Planner will manage the end‑to‑end supply planning process for the FMCG non‑food portfolio, ensuring stock availability aligns with sales forecasts and business objectives. The role works closely with demand planners, warehouse, finance and external partners to coordinate replenishment, shipping and inventory optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock orders and coordinate replenishment schedules with principals, suppliers and regulatory authorities.
• Handle shortages, damages and claims by liaising with the warehouse and principals to secure reimbursements.
• Process purchase orders, obtain approvals and monitor supplier delivery compliance against agreements.
• Monitor inventory ageing, near‑expiry and non‑moving SKUs for liquidation and stock optimisation.
• Reconcile stock levels across WMS, Oracle ERP and physical counts, escalating variances promptly.
• Align forecasts with demand planners and coordinate co‑packing activities with warehouse and brand managers.
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues using data‑driven problem‑solving techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in end‑to‑end supply chain functions.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with logistics, finance and vendor teams.
