Supply Planner – MEA Region

About the role

The Supply Planner for the MEA region will manage daily supply planning activities, ensure product availability and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support seamless regional operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily product availability and order book for assigned MEA countries.
• Coordinate forecast updates and support monthly planning cycles.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales and Regional Planning to resolve supply constraints.
• Participate in regular planning meetings and supply reviews.
• Process credit and debit notes for regional business.
• Track inventory health, identify risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Support supply chain projects, process improvements and system enhancements.
• Maintain accurate planning reports and master data in SAP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning or supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required skills

• SAP ERP (planning modules).
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
