Supply Supervisor

About the role

The Supply Supervisor supports the Department Manager in ensuring a continuous, uninterrupted flow of refined petroleum products to ADNOC Distribution depots across the UAE. The role coordinates closely with ADNOC‑Marketing, Takreer (Abu Dhabi Refinery) and internal sales divisions to meet product demand and avoid delivery delays.

Key responsibilities

• Receive refined product term‑contract copies from Retail & Corporate Sales divisions and prepare annual quantity estimates with monthly breakdowns.
• Prepare and forward a weekly 13‑week program of product quantity requirements for review and approval by the Department and Logistics managers.
• Collect daily stock positions from all depots, request daily supply from Takreer, and coordinate pipeline and tanker deliveries, including Jet‑A1 for aviation operations.
• Work with ADNOC‑Marketing and Takreer to align product availability with the 13‑week program, handling tank‑gauging reports and arranging receipts at Mussafah, Al‑Ain and other terminals.
• Process vessel nominations for Jet‑A1 lifts and liaise with the Aviation Division for airport depot supply.
• Verify certificates of quantity, cross‑check tank levels against gauging reports, and certify contractors’ delivery statements for finance approval.
• Prepare annual PDN/PTN requirements, monitor pending deliveries, and compile monthly stock and movement statements for depot managers.
• Generate comparison statements between product requirements, receipts and actual deliveries to support operational planning.
