Support Engineer 1 – Arabic & English Speaker

About the role

The Support Engineer 1 will deliver functional and technical support for Oracle Health solutions across the Middle East and international clients. Arabic and English fluency is essential to engage customers effectively and ensure high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Health solutions, including the Clinical AI Agent offering.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across front‑end and back‑end applications.
• Perform application maintenance and support activities to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, responding to technical and functional inquiries via phone, electronic, and in‑person channels.
• Build effective relationships with customers and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
• Document troubleshooting activities, investigation notes, resolutions, and lessons learned throughout the lifecycle of service requests.
• Prioritize work according to issue severity, urgency, and customer impact.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation and travel up to 20% as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and participate in on‑call rotations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
