Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a technically skilled Support Engineer to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. You will play a key part in maintaining the reliability and performance of critical IT systems, providing hands‑on troubleshooting and customer‑focused support in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving software, infrastructure, and system issues.
• Respond to support requests promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor system performance using diagnostic tools, logs, and monitoring platforms.
• Maintain stability, availability, and reliability of IT infrastructure and business‑critical services.
• Analyze recurring incidents and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and other internal teams to resolve complex problems.
• Document troubleshooting procedures, resolutions, and technical knowledge.
• Manage incidents effectively under pressure and stay current with emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, systems support, or IT operations.
• Strong administration‑level knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
