Synthetic Flight Instructor – Ground Training

About the role

Emirates Flight Training seeks a Synthetic Flight Instructor to deliver ground‑based training using Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD) and conduct ground school sessions in line with GCAA regulations and Emirates standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver type‑rating, recurrent, and recency training as well as ground school sessions.
• Complete detailed assessments and reports through the electronic reporting system.
• Recommend remedial training for pilots not meeting performance standards.
• Provide feedback on training efficiency, safety, and instructional methods.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects, course development and other training initiatives.

Required profile

• Hold or have held a CPL, MPL or ATPL.
• Minimum 12 months experience as an active instructor or examiner.
• At least 1,500 flight hours on multi‑pilot aeroplanes.
• Advanced communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD).
