Talent Acquisition Advisor

About the role

Bloom Education, a pioneer in the Middle East education sector, operates international schools, nurseries and charter schools in the UAE. It is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to work with key stakeholders across its Schools. The position can be based in either Abu Dhabi or Dubai and covers the full recruitment cycle, from advertising vacancies and shortlisting to closing hires and completing contract paperwork.

Key responsibilities

• Own the sourcing life cycle and collaborate with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and build and run the sourcing strategy.
• Source, screen and deliver qualified candidates for roles across the Schools and Head Office.
• Prepare and deliver contract offers accurately and quickly, and keep regular contact with candidates through to acceptance.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain a prospect network through market research and sourcing campaigns.
• Develop best-practice recruitment processes with HR onboarding and operations, and advise on recruitment and selection design and evaluation.
• Maintain personnel records to audit standards and coordinate job fairs and conferences.
• Track applicants from selection through onboarding using an applicant tracking system and share hiring data with hiring managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience is essential; volume and/or education recruitment experience is preferred.
• UK International Child Protection Certificate (ICPC) or equivalent enhanced police check required for successful appointees.

• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving and a sense of urgency.
