About the role

Join Flowmingo’s Partner Program as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This flexible, commission‑only role lets you leverage your HR and recruiting network to introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to new users.

Key responsibilities

Share Flowmingo with HR, recruiting, and decision‑maker contacts in your network.
Facilitate connections and help prospects understand how Flowmingo fits into their hiring workflow.
Provide feedback to the product team to improve the platform.
Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own company.

Required profile

Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant.
Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
Looking for a flexible, high‑reward opportunity without fixed hours.
