About the role
Join Flowmingo’s Partner Program as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This flexible, commission‑only role lets you leverage your HR and recruiting network to introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to new users.
Key responsibilities
- Share Flowmingo with HR, recruiting, and decision‑maker contacts in your network.
- Facilitate connections and help prospects understand how Flowmingo fits into their hiring workflow.
- Provide feedback to the product team to improve the platform.
- Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own company.
Required profile
- Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant.
- Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
- Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
- Looking for a flexible, high‑reward opportunity without fixed hours.
