About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will act as a key connector, introducing Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers in your network. This is a flexible, commission‑only partnership that lets you work on your own schedule while helping hiring teams improve their recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Facilitate introductions and help new users understand how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own company.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active, well‑maintained professional network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with a flexible schedule.
